In the Park, there are more than 1000 nocturnal animals of 120 species suppress 40 hectares of dense secondary forest.
you can explore the park either by taking any of the 3 walking trails on foot , or take a 3.2km train ride along the 2 loops that cover terrain ranging from the rocky Himalayan foothills to the grassy plains of Equatorial Africa.
Events that are happening inside the Park
Hailing from the rainforests of Borneo, be exhilarated by the Thumbuakar Tribe performance of tribal dance, acrobatic acts, blowpipe demostrations and the fire-eating displays.

Train Ride
(Adult: S$10.00, Child :S$5.00)
You can take a 45mins tram ride covering 3.2km to catch endearing antics of rhinos, elephants, giraffes, tapirs, tigers and lions, while on the way you can see variety of birds.
This setting is bathed in shadowy half-night, so that the creatures are largely oblivious to a visitor's presence.
Walking Trails
Embark on a brisk stroll along the spooky Mangrove Walk, or any of Night Safari's 3 walking trails: the Fishing Cat Trail, the Leopard Trail or the Forest Giants Trail.
Be thrilled by the arboreal flying squrirrels gliding in midair. Each trail can be covered in approximately 20 minutes.

Creatures of the Night Show
At the Amphitheatre ---Free Admission
you can enjoy up to 30 minutes of non-stop night action. Get ready to welcome our star cast that includes binturongs, otters, raccooons, owls, wolves, hyenas and servals.
The show demonstrates the behaviour and incredible abilities of the animals, ranging from their predatory to survival skills.

How to get to Night Safari
you can go there by:
1. taking car/taxi
From the city, take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Jurong, turn off at the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE, Exit 7).
Follow the prominent nbrown signs to the Night Safari, Journet takes approximately 30 minutes.
2. By Bus
From the city, take bus service 171 to Mandai Road, then alight at the first bus stop andtransfer to bus service 927 or 926 (operates only on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Approximately 1hr 15mins ride. For express bus service from Ochard and Serangoon road, plz call (65) 67530506.
3. By Mass Rapid Transit (MRT)
Alight at Ang Mo Kio station (NS 16) and take bus service 138 or alight at Choa Chu Kang station (BP1/NS24) and take bus service 927. Alternatively, alight at Woodlands station (NS9) or
Marsiling station (NS8) and take bus service 926(operates only on sunday and Public Holidays)
Approximately 1 hr ride.
4. By Night Safari Hopper
Hop on the Night Safari Hopper and enjoyu a breezy ride to the Night Safari, Direct from the city!
Be greeted by a Funbassador who will be your guide for a magical journey into the lush raiforest.

The adventure begins with welcome cocktails with our animals; while enjoying an awesome night view of a tropical rainfores. Dinner is served on board a specially decorated tram which goes around the lush secondary forest in Night Safari.
